  • Our 8-week basic fitness V2 package is perfect for the everyday cyclist looking to get back into riding again. We recommend having between 6 -12hrs available. Over this period you will see a great improvement not just physically but in other areas of cycling. We will start touching base on sessions you would be unable to do in the first 4-week section.

12 Week Basic Fitness V3

  • Our 12-week basic fitness V3 package is perfect for the everyday cyclist looking to get back into riding again. We recommend having between 6 -15hrs available. Over this period you will see a great improvement not just physically but in other areas of cycling. We will start touching base on sessions you would be unable to do in the first 8-week block. In this time period, you will hit maximum base fitness and will have a great base to progress

  • Do you want to increase your time trial ability? This 4-week block will do just that. We require you to have between 5 - 15hrs available to complete this course

  • Do you want to increase your strength ability? This 4-week block will do just that. Become stronger out of corners or climb gradients you haven’t been able to before. We require you to have between 5 - 15hrs available to complete this course

  • Do you want to increase your V02 ability? This 4-week block will do just that. Become faster and be able to repeat max efforts quicker than you have before. We require you to have between 5 - 15hrs available to complete this course
