Welcome to Raceline Coaching ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Raceline Coaching’s services, website, and any associated platforms (together, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Raceline Coaching (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a UK-based cycling coaching company providing tailored coaching, training plans, performance analysis, and related support for cyclists of all levels.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, making payment, or continuing to use our Services, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms.
If you do not formally sign these Terms but continue to participate in coaching or training, you are deemed to have agreed to and be bound by them.
3. Scope of Services
Our coaching is provided for training and educational purposes only.
We design programmes tailored to your goals, ability, and lifestyle.
We do not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training plan.
Results cannot be guaranteed, as progress depends on individual effort, adherence, and circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our Services, you agree to:
Disclose all relevant health, injury, or medical conditions.
Train safely, respecting your own limits and environment.
Maintain appropriate insurance where required (e.g. racing or personal accident).
Use safe and properly maintained equipment.
Riders under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present in all communications and remain under parental/guardian responsibility at all times. Riders over 18 may engage directly.
5. Payments and Fees
Coaching fees are outlined at the time of sign-up or purchase.
Payments are due in advance of the coaching period (monthly, quarterly, or as agreed).
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise under Section 6.
Prices may be updated with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellations, Notice Periods, and Refunds
Riders on Black, Silver, or Gold coaching packages must provide a minimum of four (4) weeks’ written notice to cancel.
For other packages minimum of four (4) weeks’ written notice to cancel.
We may suspend or terminate Services if fees are unpaid, if you breach these Terms, or for other reasonable cause.
Refunds are issued only at our discretion, except where required by UK consumer law.
7. Intellectual Property
All training plans, data, or materials provided remain the intellectual property of Raceline Coaching.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Participation in cycling and physical training carries inherent risks, including risk of serious injury or death.
You accept full responsibility for your participation and any associated risks.
Raceline Coaching and its coaches accept no liability for injuries, accidents, illness, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services.
We are not medical professionals. You are solely responsible for seeking medical clearance before undertaking training.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Services in the 12 months prior to a claim.
9. Website Use
You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its security or functionality.
Website content may not be copied or republished without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
